1. Apply OPI Matte Nail Envy as your base coat.
2. Once dry, apply two coats of OPI Matte Lincoln Park After Dark.
3. French tip the nails with the regular Lincoln Park After Dark.
4. Do not use a top coat, quick dry, or oil to finish this look. It will ruin the matte appearance.
